Same Same But Subscription

This was fun: Just produced another episode of my favorite project these days. Same Same But Tech is like a dictionary for tech, only quirkier. Because we’ve been social distancing, we send microphones to the people we want to interview, use recording platforms that are better than Zoom, and have some audio mix magic going to make somebody’s kitchen sound like a recording studio.

This week we’re covering the subscription economy with guests from YouTube and Rent The Runway. The best part is where we take some guesses about the future of subscriptions, like whether you might subscribe to a country by paying taxes. I have a brief cameo at the very end.
